Smoky Quartz is found worldwide and has a harness of 7 and is brown in color. The more famous varieties are the Cairngorm and Morion which is located in the Cairngorm Mountains in Scotland. It is the Scottish national gem; the Scots would use this gem to adorn their weapons. Also known as Morion Quartz, Black Quartz and Cairngorm.
