This is a Fossil of a Tiger Shark tooth from aka Galeocerdo cuvier, Miocene epoch, Flordia. 

 

Tiger Shark Tooth age from Eocene to present day. Tiger sharks appear in fossil records as Galeocerdo latidens. In the present day there is only one species of Tiger shark and that is the Galeocerdo cuvier. They average 11-14 feet long and this species will eat anything really.
