These are beautiful metal stands with the wings of the dragon being a stone/rock/gemstone material. This piece is a UV Sodalite wing and it is UV reactive with 365 nm Wavelength. Each wing is approx. 4.5" long by 1.7" wide and total wing span when together at the widest point is about 8.25".
 
UV Sodalite or Fluorescent Sodalite was found around Lake Superior in 2017. Also, known are Syenite Sodalite. Can be found in China, Canada and USA. It has a Mohs of 6 and color is black/grey. Will react to UV 365nm light.
