These are beautiful metal stands with the wings of the dragon being a stone/rock/gemstone material. This piece is a Golden Healer wing. Each wing is approx. 5" long by 1.8" wide and total wing span when together at the widest point is about 10.25". 
 
Golden Healer is a clear quartz that is stained from iron. Can be found in Brazil and Madagascar with a hardness of 7 color is yellow or golden.
